Sweet like chocolate

I always go through phases when it comes to fashion. Some things are forever of course (diamonds, for example, plus my love of dogtooth). But others come and go, and most colours have had their moment over the years. Right now? It's chocolate brown!

So I thought I'd share a few of my recent purchases, all woven into beautiful chocolate outfits. The chocolate piece being pretty much the centre of this one! I wanted some more matching suits/sets and couldn't resist the cute little lace edging on this blazer. I love the slightly wide leg on the trousers and the quality on all of it is really nice (especially for the price). I also picked up this oversized grey tee because I felt like all my t-shirts were black or white and I can't resist a face outline print.

When shopping on shein, it's always a risk on quality. I mean, less of a risk for a seasoned professional shein shopper like myself, but you still can't be 100% sure until the order arrives. Well, I was more than impressed with this bodysuit. I love the mixed textures and the guipure lace is something I just love - I always think it makes things look more expensive than they are. I paired it with these brown wide leg trousers which fit like a glove, and then finished with this printed blazer. I love the boxy fit and the graffiti print and I think it will add a nice statement to simpler outfits.

This top was on my wishlist for ages and I'm so glad I finally bought it because I'm just obsessed! The print is so pretty and I love the colour palette. It's also handy as it works well worn two ways; off the shoulder in a bardot style or on the shoulder in more of a milkmaid way. Two for the price of one! The chocolate brown in it also perfectly matched these trousers, which I just love. I like that they only have a slight flare so they're not a baggy fit, and I think these will be perfect for a night out. Plus they were on sale! What could be better?
