You're making me blush

We all know the feeling of really loving a certain item or colour or style and then wearing it with everything! For me right now, that would be blush pink. I think it's such a soft pretty shade and there's not a piece of clothing or accessory that it doesn't work on. Case and point being these 3 outfits...

I have two of these stripy river island tops, both blush pink themed but one with beige and khaki and this one with black and grey. I like to think that they're the warm and cool versions of each other to offer a solution for any outfit. In this case, I was keeping things cool with icy grey trousers, black blazer and these blush and black pumps that not only have a certain Chanel vibe to them, but also match the top perfectly. Plus, they were on sale at ASOS for only £12 - the ASOS shoe sale section is definitely my latest 'most visited' page.

I do love colour mixes that fall just behind the line of clashing onto the side of complementing, and for me, that's this blush pink and rusty neutral combo. I'm really feeling tonal outfits right now, so I'm loving mixing fairly similar colours in the same outfit! This dalmatian print dress is a shein one and I love that a belt can transform it from a floaty number to a slicker one. The blush I added in the form of this primark jacket, which is one of my wardrobe staples! I love a suede jacket, especially at this time of year or when going for drinks (remember when we could do that).

I don't think you can go far wrong with a black bodycon dress and this turtle neck one is one of my autumn essentials. They're so easy to throw on when you're in a rush or lacking fashion inspiration and yet they still look put together! Obviously I couldn't let the outfit be too plain-jane though so the blush pink added a nice soft splash of colour, and I completed the look with a layered necklace.
