Autumn dot com

Okay so ignore the ever-changing-hair-colour-of-jenni-from-the-block. You probably know by now that I'm a lover of prints, of stripes in particular. But right now I've started a love affair with a a slightly different print. With all things dotty!

I've mentioned before that these ASOS trousers aren't my favourites, due to the non-high-waisted fitting and yet I continue to wear them because they're great for work and I like the colour. On this occasion, the colour actually matched my hair too. Bringing out the first dotty item of the post, I added this top which is somewhere between a wrap top and a peplum top (how very 2010). I love the fit though and the length works well with these trousers. I added another dose of dots with these pearl embellished heels and then finished with Calypso lipstick by Colourpop.

You can't beat a good primark bargain and these bright purple culottes are certainly that! They were only about £10 and I love love love them. Sticking with my theme, I added this dotty mesh sleeve top, which I think makes a nice alternative to a plain one but without being too bold. Again, I finished with the pearl embellished heels and added Up the amp lipstick by MAC.

It may sound ridiculous, given that it's the only bare legs outfit in the post, but this was the first outfit I felt truly autumnal in. I think rust is such a nice colour for this time of year and these A line skirts are a nice length. I stuck with the rustiness by adding these acrylic heeled boots and then tied it in with my theme by wearing this dotty long sleeve top. I like the tied sleeve detail and the fact that the sleeves are a tiny bit short, and I finished the look off with a black belt and Taupe lipstick.
