From freezing to florals
This time of year is such a weird one. One minute it's thick snow and the next it's gorgeous sunshine (I wish I was exaggerating but that's from like last week to this week). So you have to make sure that your wardrobe is ready for the changeable weather, meaning you need to be able to make your clothes work for whatever the season throws at you!
I love these trousers because they fit really nicely and are super flattering, they're ideal for work and the satin sections down the side of the legs are a nice touch. When the weather wasn't so good, I wore these with all-black-errthang and added black high neck top, black sock boots (ideal for wearing with trousers because they fit nicely underneath) and black checked scarf. I didn't want a totally monochrome outfit (I rarely do) so I added my blue faux fur coat and finished with Spirit lipstick by MAC.

And just like that, the weather brightened right up and so it was time to find a new way to wear the trousers. This time, I added my green floral crop top (which I'm obsessed with; the print, the colours, the fit) and mocha pointed court heels which I love because I think the colour is just a bit nicer than a standard nude. I didn't want to darken the overall effect too much by adding a black jacket so I opted for my chocolate brown mac instead, which remains one of my faves. I finished with Double dare lipstick by Kat Von D - a lovely summery rose shade.
