Fifty shades of winter florals
So noone said that florals were exclusively for summer or that they had to be in pretty pastels. So for winter, I'm loving florals, a few shades darker.
I am a hopeless shopaholic in the coats and jackets department and this one was no exception. However, I don't feel too bad for buying yet another coat because this was from primark and a total bargain. I'm obsessed with the floral embroidery and it's a great length for wearing with pencil skirts. I kept my outfit very colour-coordinated with red pencil skirt (ASOS), pale pink floral top (new look) and black boots. I finished the look with Calypso satin lipstick by Colourpop and Olivia Burton watch.
Another ASOS pencil skirt, this time in an olive colour and this time paired with floral choker blouse and black heeled boots. My blush pink coat is a pretty summery one but it matched perfectly so I wore it anyway (and spent the day feeling very cold).
Was I going for more french-mime-artist or classic-bank-robber in this outfit? Whichever it is, I loved it. I went for a bit of a case of clashing prints by wearing black and white stripe roll neck top under my floral embroidered coat and then added yet another of my ASOS pencil skirts, this time in blush pink. I've wanted some sock boots for ages and I finally treated myself to this pair from Public Desire; I love them and they are literally so comfy (which makes a nice change).
