Straps and stripes

I have been so bad with my blog lately. As you may have gathered from the last few posts (which have all been lifestyle posts and have been published few and far between), my life has been pretty hectic at the minute and so my blog has pretty much taken a back seat. Well now things are a bit calmer and back to normal, I've got plenty of outfit photos saved up and ready to go! It's not very often that you manage to find something super cheap but of really good quality and this top is one of those rare beauties. At only £10 from missguided, you'd expect it to feel really cheap or be see through or something but it looks and feels really nice and I love the criss cross strap detail. I loved it even more when paired with these two necklaces; one pendant and one choker. I added a splash of colour with these striped culottes (also missguided) which are perfect for this awkward inbetween time of year where it's not quite autumn but it's not really summer any more either. I matched my accessories to my top with classic black heels (new look) and black 'tres chic' clutch bag and then finished the look with Whirl lipstick.
