Holy knit

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person who does this. Do you ever outfit plan in your head and you picture exactly how the outfit will look? Sometimes you get stupidly disappointed because in reality you look like a potato in it and other times you get lucky and it looks exactly how you'd hoped. This outfit was thankfully the latter and I actually love it. I love when you can mix seasonal clothing; wearing a chunky knitted jumper with a short skirt and boots. I don't own a lot of knitwear but this is one of the pieces in my wardrobe that I actually love. You should know by now that I love a roll neck. I loved the baggy jumper worn over the fitted skirt; this is honestly the best fitting skirt I have ever bought and was a bargain at £15 from H&M. I also have it in stone, which appeared in my latest haul blog post. It's really easy to make the skirt look more dressed up but I decided to keep it more casual by going for heeled boots rather than actual heels (because of course, flats are out of the question). I am obsessed with these stiletto boots with pointed toes; they're so pointy they make me feel like a fierce bitch. And they're surprisingly comfortable and easy to walk in. I finished the look with rust coat and Persistence lipstick.
