Twas the night before christmas

Although I didn't actually manage to buy myself a Givenchy (or YSL) bag while I was in London, I did buy myself this beautiful dress from warehouse; I love the embellished collar and the fact that it's navy rather than black. Plus it was only £35 down from £60 so what's not to love? I dressed like the ice queen that I am in this long white missguided coat and white pointed toe court heels (primark). Obviously because it's Christmas, it was a must to finish the look with red lipstick; I used L'Oreal Color riche in shade 416.

Because I've been working full time for a few months now, I thought it was about time I treated my family to dinner so we went out for the nicest pre-Christmas meal at Browns. I had fillet steak and lobster because I'm just that fancy.

How pretty do my presents look this year too? I also like to go overboard on the ribbon which makes it kind of tricky for everyone to open but at least they look nice. I feel like I may actually be a real adult now because I'm more excited for everyone to open their presents from me than I am to open my own presents from everyone else. I also thought I'd show you the lovely contents of my Benefit 12 days of christmas advent calendar that I finished this morning. It's got so many nice things in it; Rockateur blusher, Sugarbomb lipgloss, Hoola lipgloss, Watts up highlight, They're real makeup remover, Pore-fessional primer, High beam highlight, Lollitint cheek and lip tint, Ooh la lift under eye primer, Total moisture moisturiser, They're real mascara and Bad gal lash mascara. Plus it was only £30ish so it's really good for what you get! And now it's time to see in Christmas day with some drinks with all my favourite people; merry christmas to all and to all a good night!
