Back to black (but not brunette)
For anyone who is slightly confused right now; my instagram was not a lie. I am infact blonde (after 5 hours in the hairdressers) and I am also obviously lazy because I still have blog post photos from when I was brunette that I haven't got around to writing up yet. Don't worry - you'll be seeing the blonde in my next post! But I couldn't just let these photos go unused because I actually loved this outfit so much. As you probably know by now, roll necks are my current thing and I seem to be wearing them every other day. I took a gamble when I bought this black dress from missguided because I really liked the look of the fit and length and style but it was only £18 so I thought it would be probably be really cheap see-through fabric. But it's actually alright! And a bargain too. I don't really go for totally plain outfits (I'm not an all-black-errthang kind of girl) so I spiced it up a bit with a pair of statement snake print shoes (also missguided). I then added my super long mauve duster coat - I may not go for all-black but apparently I can do all-missguided-everything. In fact my clothing choices were not very sensible because it was chucking it down with rain and I had bare legs and was wearing open-toe shoes and a coat that's partial to drag along the floor as I go up steps or up the curb. Sensible Jenni as always. I finished off the look with my Lime Crime velvetine lipstick in the shade Cashmere which I haven't worn in a while and I'd forgotten how much I love it.
I love your blog so much Jenny despite being constantly jealous but it would make my life if you put the link to each item of clothing at the end of each post cus I can never find them on the website :( Hayley xxx
ReplyDeleteAww thank you Hayley that's so lovely to read! Yeah I've been thinking lately that I should probably start linking stuff so keep an eye out on future posts! Jenni xxx
