Summery stripes
This dress is one of my favourite bargain buys of the year. At only £10 from primark, I don't think it looks cheap at all. It's a chiffon type fabric but it's not even a little see-through and for once I actually like the shorter-at-the-front-and-longer-at-the-back style. I think the vertical black and white stripes have a certain 'sports luxe' vibe about them, while still being chic and classic. I would normally wear this dress with proper heels because a longer dress can make your legs look shorter and heels make your legs look longer so they basically balance each other out, but I decided to go with a more summery style in this OOTD with white chunky sandals (new look) and white 3/4 sleeve duster jacket (primark). I also added one of my new lipsticks; Verve is a beautiful dark nude/brown lipstick and makes for a gorgeous statement lip. I finished my look with this leaf design ear cuff (it was a present but I think it was from matalan) which is beautiful but does hurt so I don't usually last long before I end up taking it off.
