Monday is the new sunday

Considering I spent yesterday out shopping and I'm spending tonight watching Clueless and eating pick and mix in bed, it feels like my life has been delayed by a day and that today is actually Sunday. Although I like to think of myself as more Blair Waldorf than Cher, she is still a total spirit animal of mine (as are Spencer Hastings and Rachel Green). Actually one of my blog readers said of me last week 'she looks like the kind of girl you want to hate but you can't because she just looks so good in everything' which made me feel sassy and fabulous and oh-so-Blair-Waldorf. Despite my lazy evening, today has been anything but relaxing, I won't tell you now though, you'll have to wait until the end of the week to find out what I've been up to. For my busy day, I went with my failsafe and favourite dogtooth. I especially love these river island shorts because they make my legs look longer and less chunky, even more so when worn with my chunky new look shoes which are probably my comfiest shoes and still weren't enough to stop my feet from aching when I got home tonight. Although the top (from topshop) looks white in the photos, it's actually a really pretty pale mint green colour and I love all the little flowers around the top. I added this primark coat which was only £25 but looks a lot more expensive, as someone told me today (I always get compliments on this coat, I just love it). I finished the outfit with Michael Kors watch, flower stud earrings and Velvet teddy lipstick, along with a new hairstyle that I like to call 'seriously windswept'.
