I'm check bass

While Blair Waldorf is my girl crush and style icon and is therefore often referenced in lots of blog posts, I rarely mention her scheming partner and soul mate Chuck Bass, who is incidentally my MCM every week, as I'm sure he is most of yours too. It's a shame he's only 5'9 (and fictional) or else we'd already be married. So he wins todays word play title, as he's also a style icon (through seasons 3-6, not when he's still in his school phase) and his name happens to work wonders with todays outfit. Like Chuck Bass is the king of the upper east side, I'm the queen of prints and todays print of choice was checks. I absolutely love these primark trousers that I got last year because I think they're such a beautiful fit and are really nice for this awkward time of year. I'm so happy I can start wearing my favourite shoes again - these new look caged beauties were £27.99 and are surprisingly my comfiest pair! I added this simple white shirt that was from river island and then accessorised with this burgundy scarf which I seem to be adding lots of outfits at the minute. I finished with my camel primark coat and Twig lipstick form MAC.
