Party wear? Party here

This blogpost may seem ridiculously long but that's only because the actual details take up a lot of space, I actually haven't rambled on that much! The party season is upon us and Cinderella never could've gone to the ball if she didn't have the perfect dress - and neither should you! It's been a while since I wrote a wishlist blogpost and I recently did a little Black Friday haul to get me prepared for the party season and I did consider showing you me wearing everything I got but I thought that would ruin the effect when I write the post from when I actually wear them (does that even make sense?). So instead I've made a few different lust-lists to cater for all budgets, some of the dresses I own and others I just admire but any one would be perfect for your Christmas party or for seeing in the new year in style.

Bling on a budget

These dresses are ideal for anyone who needs a last-minute party fix or for those who accidentally spent all their money on presents and alcohol and have none left for their outfit. I think sequins, lace and sparkle are a must in a party outfit and so these dresses are jam packed with them - I've also picked out a variety of styles which will suit everyone! I own the one in the top left corner and I am so in love with it - I love mermaid vibes and you can't argue with the price! Payday splurge

These dresses are for those of you who have payday coming up or who have some extra money to spend and want to get themselves a really beautiful dress. I love texture and so these feathered, fringed, embellished dresses in chiffon and satin and tulle are like a dream come true. I am also in love with the collections by Sam Faiers and Michelle Keegan for very.co.uk - I just think they're really classic party pieces and the two I've included are my two favourites. I also love the embellished collar Asos dress (second row, second from the left) because it reminds me of the beautiful Chanel dress seen on the SS15 catwalk at Paris Fashion Week. And it's probably about 1/100th of the price!

Fit for a princess (with princess funds)

Now these are some of the most beautiful dresses I've ever laid eyes on besides those made by my favourite designers (Valentino, Elie Saab, Jenny Packham, Oscar de la Renta, Alexander McQueen and Julien Macdonald). Infact the pale blue dress does actually remind me of an Elie Saab which is probably the main reason I love it. These dresses are all £100 and above (roughly) so they're for people who are going to a Christmas party at the Palace or for those who will be going to film premieres and appearing on the red carpet. Or for people like me, who managed to get one at better than 50% off! The purple beauty in the top left corner is currently hanging in my wardrobe, courtesy of Black Friday! I got it for only £54 including delivery and it is 100% going to be my NYE dress (I may not have plans yet but I have the dress and that's what matters!). For those who won't be splashing a ridiculous amount of cash on a party dress, they're still just so pretty to look at!
