A leopard never changes its spots

Just incase any of you observant readers noticed the old hair and thought I'd changed my mind and dyed my hair back already, don't worry they're just old photos. This was actually an OOTD from last week but I wanted to blog the hair transformation and Halloween stuff first. Anyway, I normally find leopard print massively tacky and don't tend to go near it but this season I'm loving the leopard print off-sets, as oppose to whole leopard items. This dress from missguided for example is a gorgeous update on an LBD - the shift style and 3/4 sleeves are nice for the winter and the leopard ponyskin cuffs and collar give it a little extra. I am also in love with ponyskin because it just feels so cool - especially ponyskin shoes. I kept my outfit palette to neutrals to go with the brown and black of the dress - black boots (new look) and black bag (accessorize). I really need to get myself a bigger black bag though because I take my laptop to work now and this one doesn't fit it so I have to match my outfits to my burgundy tote bag all the time which is getting boring. I finished the outfit with my camel coat (one of my best primark buys ever) and a pink colour-pop lip for which I used my No7 lipstick in Classic rose. So I've gone from hating leopard print to actually wearing it; maybe I can break the rule and actually change my spots.
